Engagements

The engagement process is intended to be as flexible as needed in order to match client requirements with respect to billing, payment and satisfaction while insuring a clear understanding of deliverables and deadlines. This means that all projects are quoted individually based on a free initial evaluation. These evaluations can be done in person (with travel expenses reimbursed if travel outside of the Houston metro area is required) or via teleconference/telepresence.

Rates as based on the level of effort required to meet the deadlines and provide the deliverables. For projects where the level of effort is high and the deadlines are short, the rates will generally be higher. For projects of a more routine nature, particularly projects similiar to past projects, rates will be lower.

Projects can be structured on a fixed-rate or hourly basis and engagements can be governed using a master agreement supplemented by individual work requests or by individual agreements for each project.

Retainers and sub-contracting arrangements are also available in specific cases where it makes the most sense for all parties.
